REFERRALS & FEES

Individuals looking to receive psychological support may be eligible for a referral from their GP or Psychiatrist, which will provide them with up to 10 Medicare funded psychology sessions per year under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

Private clients do not need a referral and can pay the full fee out of pocket.

​

NDIS: Ilse is able to provide therapy services for patients referred through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are self-managed or plan-managed.

​

WorkCover / SIRA and Lifetime Care: Ilse is a registered SIRA (formerly WorkCover NSW) provider and can see clients who have been approved for psychological support under workcover.

​

ADF / Open Arms: Ilse is eligble to see current members of the ADF via the BUPA referral pathway - talk to your on-base mental health practitioners about a referral. Current and ex-ADF members (including their partners and children) can also be referred via Open Arms (Open Arms can be contacted on 1800 011 046)

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

The standard appointment is 50 minutes with a fee of $230. Clients being seen by a Clinical Psychologist under the Mental Health Care Plan are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session, which means your out of pocket expenses will be $84.75 per session.

Private clients are unable to claim a rebate and pay the full fee per session.

BUPA/Open Arms, NDIS and SIRA/work cover client fees are inline with the the organisational fee structure and paid by the organisation.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

The cost of a 50-minute clinical supervision session is $170.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client. Cancellation fees will apply with less than 48 hours notice
